Shipping Policy – Atlas Nutrition

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the Atlas Nutrition online store.

1. Shipping Rates

Flat Rate Shipping:
A flat shipping fee of R170 is charged on all orders under R2000.
Free Shipping:
Enjoy FREE nationwide shipping on all orders of R2000 or more
(calculated after discounts, before shipping).

2. Courier & Delivery Area

All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy.
We offer nationwide delivery within South Africa, including major cities, towns and most outlying areas.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days from the time they are dispatched.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location and external factors such as public holidays, strikes, or extreme weather.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
You can track your parcel using this tracking number on The Courier Guy online tracking portal.

6. Delivery Issues & Returns to Sender

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to Atlas Nutrition due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or failed delivery attempts, additional re-delivery fees may apply.

7. Damaged, Missing or Tampered Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears tampered with, please:
- Take clear photos of the outer packaging and contents, and
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and images.
We will investigate the issue with The Courier Guy and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
